Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Our returns policy

At NewDay Calendars we like you to be pleased every time that you shop with us. If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, please telephone (+44) 0 13873 71693 within 8 days of receiving your order (with your order/invoice reference) and we will replace or refund the original cost of the goods when they are returned to us. (Nb not the carriage charges). In some cases we may be able to send you a replacement product. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased through www.newdaycalendars.com.

Terms and conditions of sale

Although every effort is made to ensure that products are available, all items are subject to availability. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of NewDay/Novellos. All prices include VAT, where applicable. Internet prices are exclusive to purchases through www.newdaycalendars.com. Prices are not necessarily the same at other retailers or e-tailers. Products supplied and invoiced remain the property of NewDay/Novellos until payments are received in full.

Product policy

NewDay/Novellos' purpose is to promote and provide customers with calendars and postcards that reflect the teachings of Jesus Christ. We will recommend products which messages are in agreement with the Apostle's Creed. We uphold the uniqueness of the Christian faith as expressed in the words of Jesus Christ.
